Chescombe Trust provides residential care and support to adults living with learning disabilities.

Located on the A38, Chescombe Trust is ideally situated for adults living in Patchway, Bristol.Care workers are Chescombe Trust provide person-centred care to all service users and offer personalised activities, whether these are education, occupational or therapeutic, they are tailored to each resident’s individual needs.

Staff work closely with other healthcare professionals, including GPs, dentists and therapists to provide all round support to service users.

Residents can enjoy day trips out the in community to places of interest

They also attend further education facilities and enrol in courses, and benefit from additional support with cooking, gardening, crafts, swimming, horse riding, work experience and shopping.

The provider has three vehicles to facilitate trips out and is ideally located for public transport links, while Chescombe Trust has a compact garden for relaxing, barbecues and games.
